This document sets out the terms and conditions of joining The House of You.
By completing your purchase, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agreed to everything below.
Please keep a copy for your records, we will email you a copy once payment is completed.

Hi, I’m Jacqueline. I created Restoration as a homecoming for high-achievers with frayed edges to land, breathe, and stop pretending it’s fine.
This is not therapy, and it’s not a quick fix. It’s a space for truth, not pretence.
To keep it safe and sustainable for everyone, here’s how this membership works and the agreements we keep with each other.
What This Is (and What It Isn’t)
The House of You is a group coaching and learning community.
It includes digital course content, a peer community, and monthly group coaching calls.
It is not:
Therapy or counselling
Crisis or emergency support
Medical or mental health advice
A guarantee of any specific results
You are responsible for your own wellbeing and should seek professional support if needed.
If you’re in crisis, please contact your GP or an appropriate helpline.
Membership & Payments
Your membership is a 9-month subscription at £89/month (or the applicable promotional rate if using a valid code).
By joining, you agree to pay all 9 instalments.
There are no refunds once payment is made, as you receive immediate access to the program and resources.
Access continues for 12 months total, including 3 extra months after payments end.
All payments are made via the platform’s secure checkout.
Failure to make a payment may result in suspension or removal of access.
Coaching & Calls
Group coaching calls run monthly.
You’ll find dates in the Events tab and must register to attend.
Recordings will not be made available.
1:1 coaching can be booked separately at £90/hr (discounted member rate).
1:1 sessions must be paid at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will still be charged.
Community Agreements
To keep this space safe and respectful:
Confidentiality: what’s shared here stays here. No screenshots, sharing, or repeating stories without consent.
Emotional safety: don’t give advice unless asked, be kind and thoughtful, and take responsibility for impact.
Inclusion: zero tolerance for racism, sexism, transphobia, fatphobia, ableism, or harassment of any kind.
Participation: there are no gold stars for “keeping up.” Engage at your own pace.
Boundaries: repeated breaches may result in removal from the community without refund.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, and resources are provided for your personal use only.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The House of You is offered in good faith. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or changes in your personal or professional life.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Jacqueline Goodwin / The Restoration Coach is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
Any reliance placed on the content of the program or coaching
Any decision you make as a result of your participation
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Completion & Renewal
After 12 months, you’re invited to continue as a Restoration Elder - staying connected, sharing your wisdom, and supporting others in their journey.
Ongoing membership may be offered at a monthly rate, cancel anytime.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Final Words
You’ve spent long enough being everything for everyone.
Here, you don’t need to impress anyone, just bring your whole, honest self.
